He continued: "I'd looked at it like it was going to be a new start.

"There's a lot of stuff still going on," he candidly admitted.

"But in terms of mentally, I bet it was great to go in there, make new friends and get away from the distractions of life?" Ant probed.

"Oh, mentally, I've sorted myself out," Adam stated. "Yeah, my head was in the right place for going in there, which is why I've loved it so much."
