A466 closed in both directions after multi-vehicle crash near Chepstow - live updates

There has been a multi-vehicle crash on the A466 this afternoon. The Wye Valley Link Road, in Chepstow, is closed in both directions.

According to traffic monitoring site Inrix, the collision took place between the M48 junction 2 and the A48 Newport Road. There is now queuing traffic as a result of the incident.

Inrix said at 1.57pm: "A466 Wye Valley Link Road in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to multi-vehicle accident between M48 J2 (Chepstow) and A48 Newport Road (Highbeech Roundabout)."
