John Goodman walks red carpet after 200 pound weight loss
John Goodman has proudly lost half his weight!

John Goodman once tipped the scales at roughly 400 pounds, but he's now literally half the man he used to be.

It's estimated that the actor has lost 200 pounds since he was at his heaviest.

On Dec. 6, the "Connors" star showed off his slimmed down figure while attending TUBI's "The Freak Brothers" experience at Fred Segal in Los Angeles. Stylishly dressed in form-fitting clothes, John smiled while hanging out with co-stars Pete Davidson, Woody Harrelson and Tiffany Haddish.

Physically speaking, John has a lot to smile about.

"In the old days, I would take three months out, lose 60 or 70 pounds, and then reward myself with a six-pack or whatever and just go back to my old habits," he told ABC. "This time I wanted to do it slowly. Move, exercise. I'm getting to the age where I can't afford to sit still anymore."

In 2018, the "Fargo" star hired a personal trainer to help keep him accountable and on track.

"I took it slow. I just wanted to change my lifestyle. … It's an ongoing process for the rest of my life," he previously told Howard Stern. "You look in the mirror everyday and go, 'I gotta deal with this the rest of the day, I gotta deal with this schmuck?'"

In addition to exercise, John now credits portion control and sobriety as keys to his weight loss.

Two decades down, forever to go!

On Dec. 7, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher posted sweet tributes to each other on social media while celebrating their 20th anniversary.

In the process, they also shared never-before-seen images from inside their marriage.

"Happy Anniversary ❤️ 20 YEARS," Isla captioned a tribute. "If there ever comes a day when we can't be together keep me in your heart. I'll stay there forever, Winnie the Pooh."

Sacha also posted the series of images and added his special touch of humor, writing, "Happy Anniversary my love. I'm writing this rather than getting you a card. Our duration is largely due to our location – after all Hollywood is the bastion of lengthy marriages."

Following the tributes, many of Sacha and Isla's celebrity pals posted congratulatory comments. Courteney Cox wrote, "Love you two!" Reese Witherspoon added, "What a couple of goofballs! Love yall!"

The couple, who now share three kids, famously met at a party in Sydney in 2001 and later wed in Paris in 2010.

While the couple maintains privacy, they also speak about the support they get from one another. While talking to reporters at the Golden Globes after winning awards for "Borat: Subsequent Movie Film," Sacha said, "It's impossible to make a movie like this without having an incredibly supporting spouse."

"You know, I went and made two movies in the last 12 months: [The Trial of the] Chicago Seven and Borat 2," he continued. "And these aren't normal shoot days; you're calling up sometimes at the end of the day and just saying, 'I was lucky to make it out in one piece today,' so you need a very, very understanding wife. And I'm very lucky to have it."

After a string of blockbuster films in the mid 2000s, Josh Hartnett suddenly left Hollywood behind. He has no regrets.

"It was the best thing for my mental health and my career to keep Hollywood at bay," he told the Australian morning show "Sunrise" in a rare interview on Dec. 8. "Luckily I think I hit onto it early on in my life. It's about creating a good home life and being able to do things that are wild and wonderful like making films, which is such a privilege."

While Josh, 43, is certainly at peace with his decision to back away, he does wish he could have one redo. Back in 2005, he was offered a role in "Brokeback Mountain" opposite Joaquin Phoenix. Josh, though, was committed to something else, and the title roles ended up going to Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal instead.

"Unfortunately, I was going to do 'Brokeback Mountain' and I had a contract with the [2006 film] 'Black Dahlia' that I had to film, so I had to drop out of it," he said, according to Daily Mail Australia. He then joked, "I always wanted to kiss Joaquin."

Since stepping back from major Hollywood roles, the "Black Hawk Down" star has primarily stuck to acting in independent films.

In 2014, the told Details magazine that he "didn't trust anyone" in Hollywood.

"I was on the cover of every magazine," he said at the time. "I couldn't really go anywhere. I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. I was alone. I didn't trust anyone."

"I still get offered film and TV roles, luckily, but years ago, if I saw a role I wanted, there was a good chance I could grab it," he said. "When I see a role now, I've got to fight for it. It's not bad. It's actually more rewarding. Depressing when something doesn't go your way, but only for a minute."

Jennifer Lawrence is opening up about the "misery" she felt while filming "Don't Look Up" with Leonardo DiCaprio and Timothée Chalamet.

Speaking about one particular scene in a car, which J. Law described as "hell," she said, "It was the most annoying day in my life. [Leo and Timothée] drove me crazy that day."

"I don't know what it was," Jennifer told Stephen Colbert. "Timothée was just excited to be out of the house [after the pandemic lockdown]. I think it was, like, his first scene. And Leo had picked the song that was playing in the car and was just, like, 'You know, this song was about, you know, blah, blah, blah.' "

The Oscar-winning actress added, "I just remember being in absolute misery that day. It was hell."

Despite the PTSD of that day, Jennifer anointed the cast of the movie, including Leo and Timothée, as "cool."

The film is Jennifer's first since 2019's "X-Men: Dark Phoenix."

Speaking of her time away from Hollywood, the actress noted, "I think the things I learned are so deep and profound … that I don't want to tell you. I mean, it was really nice."

The expectant mom continued, "I've always found comfort in a schedule and doing something and being somewhere, and just kind of the comfort of being on set where the world is one thing and very organized. I think coming out of the 'Hunger Games' and all of that, it was nice. I took a break and nobody really cared and it was quiet. I got to feel like I could become a part of the world again without fanfare. Literal fanfare."

Tristan Thompson is trying to shush the woman who allegedly gave birth to his third child.

The NBA player filed an emergency petition in Texas on Dec. 7 that asks a judge to issue a gag order in his paternity case against Maralee Nichols, TMZ reported.

In his court filing, Tristan claims a judge previously issued a confidentiality order orally, and he alleges that Maralee already violated those terms. Maralee, he alleges, has been doing interviews with the media, leaking personal information and speaking about both her pregnancy and Tristan on social media.

Maralee, a personal trainer, wants to "achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit," Tristan says, adding that he wants the court to sanction Maralee for not remaining mum about the pregnancy.

Bottom line: He doesn't want anyone speaking about the case as it plays out in court.

Last week, DailyMail.com reported that Tristan was expecting his third child. While Tristan has his doubts that the child is his, he did admit in legal papers that he had sex with Maralee the evening of his 30th birthday, when he and Khloe Kardashian were still exclusively dating.

He maintains the hookup was a one-time thing, but Maralee insists the relationship lasted months.

As part of a paternity lawsuit against the Sacramento Kings player, Maralee's lawyer filed a legal request to submit text messages purportedly sent between her and Tristan. Those messages reveal that Tristan allegedly urged Maralee to get an abortion.

Maralee, who moved from Houston to Los Angeles, is suing for child support. An alleged text message from Tristan, posted to TMZ last week, showed him telling Maralee he "won't be involved" in the child's life.

TMZ also reported Tristan offered her $75,000 to stay quiet about the pregnancy.

Since news of Tristan's infidelity broke (again), there have been conflicting reports as to whether the child has been born. People magazine reported it confirmed with Maralee's rep that the baby was born last week, but TMZ reported the child is due "any day now."

Tristan currently shares 4-year-old son Prince Thompson with ex Jordan Craig and 3-year-old daughter True with Khloe.

Open mouth, invite gone.

Many were surprised over the summer when Adam Levine was not at Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani's wedding, especially given how he's close with both the bride and groom. While appearing on Ellen DeGeneres' eponymous talk show on Dec. 6, Blake joked that the Maroon 5 singer never received the invite because of comments he made during a previous interview.

Earlier this year, Adam appeared on Ellen's show and humorously said that he would cause a ruckus at the wedding.

"That's the reason we didn't invite him to the wedding is that interview he did on your show," Blake laughed. "It's like, 'I'm not inviting him.'"

Adam further quipped in his past chat that he didn't support the union.

"She's so cool and he's not," he said. "I'll go to the wedding and I'll object. I probably won't be invited now that I'm saying this on live television. But I'll be there somehow."

On Dec. 6, Ellen asked the country crooner if Adam would have been invited had he not opened his mouth, Blake said, "Well, we'll never know. I purposely did not invite Adam Levine to my wedding — and I think it's funny."

In the end, the wedding — which took place at Blake's ranch in in Mill Creek, Oklahoma — was a very intimate affair. Blake estimated that, including wedding staff, less than 30 people were there.

"It was awesome," he said. "It was exactly what it needed to be."

Nick Cannon is heartbroken after announcing that his youngest child, Zen Scott Cannon, has died from a brain tumor.

The "Masked Singer" host shared the devastating news on "The Nick Cannon Show" on Dec. 7. He also posted the news to Instagram.

Zen, born in June 2021, was only two months old when Nick and model Alyssa Scott, the baby's mother, noticed that his head seemed large. Plus, they thought he was dealing with a sinus issue because of "interesting breathing." After consulting with medical experts, a doctor said fluid had started to build up in Zen's head and a tumor was discovered, something that required immediate surgery.

Things, though, began getting worse around Thanksgiving.

"The process sped up," Nick said, "and the tumor began to grow a lot faster."

While tearfully addressing the death, Nick said he took his youngest son to the ocean in California last weekend for "quality time." Zen died shortly after.

Nick dedicated the show to his son.

Zen was Nick's seventh child and the fourth of Nick's children born within six months.

Nick and Alyssa previously kept Zen's medical issues private.

After the death, Alyssa posted several videos of Zen to her Instagram Story.

Nick famously shares twins Moroccan and Monroe, 10, with ex-wife Mariah Carey; he shares 3-year-old son Golden and 11-month-old daughter Powerful Queen with model Brittany Bell; he shares 6-month-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa; and Nick and model Alyssa Scott welcomed son Zen on June 23 — just nine days after Zion and Zillion were born.

Amid the fanfare about the "Sex and the City" sequel "And Just Like That…," Chris Noth is weighing in on the absence of Kim Cattrall, who was one of the main characters on the long-running HBO franchise, but isn't participating in the new series.

"I have to tell you, I have absolutely no idea what her thinking is, or her emotions. I do know that I'm very close with [Sarah Jessica Parker] and [Kim's] descriptions of her don't even come close," Chris told The Guardian. "I liked her, I thought she was marvelous in the show and some people move on for their own reasons. I don't know what hers were."

Kim and SJP have been at odds for years, but the feud seemed to ascend to a new level of vitriol after Sarah publicly offered condolences to Kim on social media when her brother passed away in 2018.

"I don't need your love or support at this tragic time @sarahjessicaparker," Kim wrote. "Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven't already) You are not my family. You are not my friend. So I'm writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your 'nice girl' persona."

Chris bristles at the way the feud has played out.

"I just wish that whole thing had never happened because it was sad and uncomfortable," he said. "I just don't like to see anyone talking down about SJ because she's a target and people can be nasty. I feel very protective of her and I was not happy about that. That's all I'll say about that."

Pink has made a terminally ill fan's dream come true.

Philadelphia native Diane Berberian, who has bone cancer and is in hospice care, had made it known that her dying wishes was to have a conversation with her hero, Pink. Through the power of social media, the "So What" singer heard of Diane's story and wanted to help her complete her bucket list.

Last month, Pink dialed up Diane and had a 30-minute Zoom conversation, some of which Diane posted to social media.

"THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO TRY AND MAKE CONNECTIONS… OUR DREAM CAME TRUE!!!!!" Diane captioned the video. "Pink sang 'We Are the Champions.' Will try to share later."

During the video, Diane shared her admiration for Pink, telling the singer that her music and fierce mentality is inspirational.

"You've made my day," Diane, a former marathon runner said. "I don't even know what's on my bucket list now, because you were so far at the top. All the other things started to happen so it's kinda like, 'Okay, I'll think of somethin' else!'"

Pink replied, "You have a kind of bravery that I don't understand. You're bringing comfort to other people while you're walking through this."

Diane also said she wakes up to Pink's music every day.

"Most of my days start with the song of the day and it's a Pink song usually," she shared. "When I race, it's always a Pink song."

Funnily enough, it was Diane who gave Pink advice at the end of the conversation.

"Don't give up," she said, "don't stop doing what you're doing!"

Pink replied, "Okay, I won't."
