Ange Postecoglou's furious reaction at Tottenham fan caught on ...
Ange Postecoglou reacted furiously at one Tottenham Hotspur supporter during Tuesday's 2-0 defeat by Manchester City.
Spurs, requiring three points on the night, came close on multiple occasions to breaching the Sky Blues' backline but were punished by two Erling Haaland goals as hopes of a top-four finish slipped away.
Much of the talk heading into the game had centred around whether or not Tottenham fans wanted their own team to win due to the significant boost this would hand Arsenal in the Premier League title race - a topic that left many divided ahead of kick-off.
This tension ultimately led to a strange atmosphere inside the stadium, with some unsure of who to root for and others joining in with anti-Arsenal chants during proceedings. Postecoglou had made clear at his pre-match press conference he could not understand the mindset of wanting Spurs to lose and allowed his temper to get the better of him mid-match after personally calling out one fan in the stands.
Footage shared on social media shows the Australian turning around to the crowd before pointing at someone and seeming to remark: "What did you say what did you say before that, just so I know who you are? Don’t worry mate I gotcha, I know who you are, alright."

Speaking after the full-time whistle about the long-standing rivalry between Arsenal and Spurs spilling into the stands, Postecoglou said: "I'm just not interested mate. Maybe I'm out of step, but I just don't care, I just want to win. I want to be successful at this football club, it's why I was brought in. So what other people, how they want to feel, and what their priorities are, are of zero interest to me. I know what's important to build a winning team, that's what I need to concentrate on.
"You can make your own assessments of what's happened. I understand. I probably misread the situation as to what I think is important in your endeavour to become a winning team, but that's ok. That's why I'm here."
