David Moyes' men make the short journey west to Stamford Bridge, hoping to keep their European hopes alive with victory over Mauricio Pochettino's side.

The Irons forced a creditable 2-2 draw with Liverpool last time out and will be aiming to build on that result when they take on the Blues.
