EastEnders airs new Nadine twist in early iPlayer episode
Has she been caught out?

EastEnders spoilers follow from Wednesday's (April 24) episode, which hasn't yet aired on BBC One.

EastEnders has revealed how Nadine Kellar could be caught out over her baby lie.

Wednesday's visit to Walford, which is already available to watch on BBC iPlayer, saw Lexi Pearce become suspicious of Nadine when she saw her drinking alcohol outside The Albert.

Viewers know that Nadine has recently told Jay Brown that she is pregnant with his baby.

Despite his initial reservations, Jay has started to warm to the idea of having a child with Nadine.

However, Tuesday's scenes revealed that it was actually all a lie when Nadine pulled out a fake baby bump from under her top while alone.

Nadine continued to make clandestine calls with a mystery recipient in the show's latest scenes, before paying another visit to Jay and his family.

As Jay, Honey and a reluctant Billy rallied round Nadine and offered their support, her guilt became palpable when Jay mentioned that he had already started buying things for the baby.

Jay later met with Nadine in The Albert but was left thrown when she snapped at him when he went to touch her stomach. Nadine's guilt intensified when she realised just how serious Jay was about the baby, as he continued to get excited about her 'pregnancy'.

Outside the bar, Nadine poured vodka in her drink – unaware that Lexi was watching.

Next week's scenes will see Lexi continue to grow suspicious of Nadine, even teaming up with Billy's dad Stevie to try and expose her lies.

EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
