Emily and Ryan radiated joy at the glamorous event, their smiles and laughter lighting up the red carpet during the premiere.
The screening comes almost a week after the darling duo opened up about their respective family lives during a press tour.
Emily shares daughters Hazel, 9, and Violet, 7, with husband John Krasinski, who she tied the knot with in 2010.
Ryan shares daughters Esmerelda, 9, and Amanda, 7, with wife Eva Mendes, who he's been involved with since 2011, though their nuptials weren't confirmed until November 2022.
The costars were questioned about whether their daughters would watch The Fall Guy during a Today interview. Ryan hinted that it's unlikely they will.
'They're not interested in seeing it,' he added before Emily chimed in that her daughters 'adore' him.
'They love him so deeply and actually, my oldest one, it's the first movie she's expressed any interest in, and it has nothing to do with me,' she said.
'It's all about Ryan,' she continued, as Ryan added, 'I think it's Ken, really,' referring to his now-iconic character in 2023's Barbie

Emily quipped, 'They were very fascinated with what his hair looks like in real life, that was a question I got a lot.'
Ryan said that his daughters 'call her Mary Poppins,' referring to her title role in 2018's Mary Poppins Returns.
In a separate promotional event, Ryan made a surprise cameo along with director David Leitch at Universal Studios Hollywood's debut of The Fall Guy Stuntacular pre-show.
The actor was also joined by his stunt doubles from the Fall Guy production: Ben Jenkin and Logan Holladay.
'I see two lion hearts there in front of me right now,' he said in a clip shared by TMZ.
'First of all, you guys make me look really good — let's be honest.
'Logan broke the world record for most canon rolls in a film ever,' he continued. So, he makes me look like a great driver.
'And Ben makes me look cool every time I get set on fire or do anything cool, really, or Parkour-y. That's Ben.'

Ryan added, 'You both have leading man qualities, let's be honest. So, if you ever start acting, I'm in trouble.'
He and Leitch then strapped the 'director' to a cable and sent him flying over the water before walking off. 'Where you going?' he shouted.
'We're gonna go see The Fall Guy,' Ryan called out.
The Fall Guy marks Emily and Ryan's first cinematic collaboration, as they bring to life the beloved TV series starring Lee Majors in its big-screen adaptation.
Created by Glen A. Larson, the TV show followed Colt Seavers (Majors), a Hollywood stuntman who also worked as a bounty hunter.
