Official staring lineups for this evening's Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Torino - Carlos Augusto and Stefan de Vrij start.

Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has decided to start Carlos Augusto at left-wingback and Stefan de Vrij in defender against Torino. This afternoon’s Serie A matchday 34 clash kicks off at 12.30 CET.

Inzaghi has gone with a fairly strong starting eleven this afternoon despite Inter having already wrapped up the title.

However, there are a couple of enforced changes due to injury.

Firstly, in goal, Yann Sommer starts. The former Bayern Munich and Borussia Monchengladbach keeper has been first-choice in goal all season.

However, in the back three, there is one notable change to the team that starting against AC Milan last Monday.

Italian international Francesco Acerbi is absent due to a groin injury.

Therefore, Stefan de Vrij starts in defense.

Meanwhile, Alessandro Bastoni and Benjamin Pavard flank the Dutchman in defense.

Carlos Augusto Starts On The Left Flank

Meanwhile, on the left flank, Federico Dimarco is also absent due to injury.

Therefore, Brazilian international Carlos Augusto starts in the Italian’s place. Then, On the other side of the pitch, Matteo Darmian starts with Denzel Dumfries suspended.

In midfield, then, it is the usual trio – Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Nicolo Barella.

Then, in attack Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram lead the line for Inter.

Dimarco and Acerbi are part of Inter’s matchday squad so that they can receive the honour guard pre-match from Torino for clinching the Serie A title.

However, neither are fit to play.

Meanwhile, Juan Cuadrado is back in the squad after missing last Monday’s derby through injury.
