JLR workers treated for 'fumes inhalation' in Solihull - BBC News
Paramedics assessed 28 Jaguar Land Rover workers after a suspected chemical incident at the firm's Solihull site.
A number of staff felt unwell in Lode Lane, Solihull, after a floor sealant had been applied.
One person taken to hospital on Sunday had "minor symptoms" West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) said.
JLR said "a small number" of workers were suspected of inhaling fumes.
spokesman said the incident had ended and there were "several theories" about the cause, but an investigation was under way.
"We can confirm that a small number of contractors and employees were triaged by West Midlands Ambulance Service," he said.
WMAS said it carried out its policy of "remove, remove, remove" and got people out of the building.
"Most staff felt symptoms reduce once out of the affected area and in fresh air," it said.
West Midlands Fire Service said it advised on the incident but did not send crews.
