Stacey Solomon's fiancé Joe Swash transforms into Santa while surprising son Rex, two

Stacey Solomon shared a heartwarming festive video to Instagram on Thursday after her fiancé Joe Swash dressed up as Santa Claus to surprise their son Rex.

The TV personality, 32, overlaid the montage, in which the couple's eldest child, two, appeared to be mesmerised with his new friend, with Tom Odell's Real Love.

After transforming a garden shed into a magical festive grotto, the sweet clip showed Rex in absolute awe as 'Santa' emerged and sat him on his lap.

Joe certainly looked the part as he chased his son around the garden, before lifting him up to joined Stacey for a cute group shot.

Beaming from ear-to-ear, Rex admired a reindeer light statue while the former EastEnders star dressed head-to-toe in a red velour jacket and matching trousers. 

Stacey took to her Instagram Stories to share a grab, writing: 'I very special someone came to visit Rexy tonight and it was just the best evening ever. It was his belt for me. And his Nikes.

She soon added: 'I had to make a reel and I want to watch this forever and ever...'

The video showed how Stacey decorated the garden playhouse to transform it into the grotto, in the hope that Santa would pay them a visit.

Rex was then stunned to see Father Christmas emerge around the twinkling lights, running around the garden in excitement.

The Loose Women panellist later recorded Joe, still in his costume, carrying a very sleepy Rex to bed, before hopping on the sofa and scrolling through his phone.

Who's that? After painting his shed blue and decorating the garden with fairy lights, the little one appeared to be in awe when Father Christmas emerged and sat him on his lap

She hilariously quipped: 'Santa really went the extra mile tonight,' and, 'Santa has gotten far too comfy at Pickle Cottage... who does he think he is?'

Stacey gave birth to her eldest son Zach, 13, when she was 19 while she was in relationship with her ex boyfriend Dean Cox.

The former singer also has son Leighton, nine, with Aaron Barham - who she split with back in 2014, along with Rex and daughter Rose, two months, with Joe.
