Detectives arrested the trio after a vehicle was "run off the road" then split in two in the early hours of Friday.
The two victims - Mohammed Hashim Ijazuddin and Saqib Hussain - died at the scene after being chased by the defendants on February 11, the court heard.
Mahek Bukhari, from Stoke, Staffs, who wore a sweatshirt for the short hearing, boasts more than 126,000 followers on TikTok and a further 43,000 on Instagram.
She regularly shares snippets of her life, including her outfits, make-up and handbags, and has also appeared in videos alongside her mum Ansreen Bukhari.
The court was told that just before the crash one of the victims called 999 to alert police.
A "loud scream" was heard from the other end of the phone before the call disconnected.
The car had been run off the road and hit a central reservation barrier where it was ripped apart at the point of impact, the court heard.

The horror smash happened on the A46 near Six Hills junction in Leicestershire at around 1.30am.
Emergency services raced to the scene to reports a silver Skoda Fabia had left the carriageway.
Police said a grey Audi TT and a blue Seat Leon were also travelling "at speed" in the area at the time of the collision.
Officers arrested the three women, as well as two men from Leicester - Raees Jamal, 21, and Rekan Karwan, 28 - who have since been charged.
A 20-year-old man, also arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released with no further action.
At today's 10-minute appearance, both Bukhari and her mum spoke only to confirm their names.
They were remanded into custody to appear at Leicester Crown Court tomorrow.
Their co-accused Natasha Akhtar, from Birmingham, who also faces a double murder charge, appeared briefly with the pair.
But due to cell staff shortages at the court she was unable to be present through the initial hearing as only one guard was available.
A pre-trial preparation hearing for all three suspects has been set for March 28.
