Formula 1 Reporter Follows Megan Thee Stallion And Asks Her To Rap For Him
Formula 1 presenter Martin Brundle asked artist Megan Thee Stallion if she would rap a few bars for him.

Formula 1 presenter Martin Brundle unapologetically asked Megan Thee Stallion to spit a few bars for him at the United States Grand Prix on Sunday (24th Oct).

While reporting live from the Circuit of the Americas in Texas, Brundle started off the hasty conversation pretty normally by asking the rapper: "Megan, how are you?"

However, as she was walking away from him, Brundle desperately tried to keep up with her and then requested a pretty bizarre question in the circumstances.

Megan's bodyguard looked pretty reluctant to let the reporter ask his question but eventually, he seemed to ease off.

The former F1 driver asked: "Megan Thee Stallion you're a freestyle rapper, have you got any rap for us today on formula 1?"

Megan loudly - and rather awkwardly - responded: Ha ha. I have no rap today, I'm sorry."

Almost immediately after, one of the rapper's team swiftly moved Brundle out of the way and seemed to utter, "you can't do that."

Brundle then hit back and proudly claimed "I can do that because I did."

"Ok, she seemed very happy to talk to me."

He then sarcastically added: "That's very nice of her. I appreciate that."

Users on social media were loving the awkward confrontation and seemed to take Brundle's side.

One user wrote: "The irony of some bang average 'celeb' trying to get exposure by attending an event I'd be surprised they know anything about. Then disrespecting a top ex-driver and world renowned presenter in the process. Shambles."

A second added: "Yeah that was totally pathetic but loved Brundle's response."

Another user commented: "Strange enough, bigger celebs spoke to him. It wound me up so badly."

More than 140,000 F1 fans packed into the Circuit of the Americas as the United States Grand Prix made a return for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic.

Fans reportedly didn't need to be vaccinated in order to attend.

As well as Megan Thee Stallion, a whole range of star-studded guests were in attendance, including Ben Stiller, Shaquille O'Neal and Serena Williams.

Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing won his first United States Grand Prix, with world champion Lewis Hamilton coming in a close second with Mercedes.
