This time-lapse video shows Jupiter, Venus, Mars, Saturn lining up in the sky
Astronomy enthusiasts, you should see this video of planets in alignment!
On Sunday, planets Jupiter, Venus, Mars, and Saturn were seen aligned on the night sky through a time-lapse video taken by Michael Reubal in Parañaque from 4:30 a.m. to 5 a.m.
According to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the planets have been seen side by side in the southeast part of the skies since the start of April.
The last time these planets were in alignment was in January 2016, according to a report from The Indian Express.
In another photo taken by Evelyn Lapeña this morning in Baliwag, Bulacan, the moon joined the parade of celestial bodies in the sky.
PAGASA said that the waning crescent moon will conjunct with Venus and Jupiter on Wednesday, April 27.
