Mum and dad Shirley and Martin, have been married for 44 years and have lived in the house Martin grew up in for most of that time. The house was full of memories, pictures and sentimental items, and is also where they bought up their adopted daughters, Sarah and Katherine.

At the end of the show Stacey presented her with it much to Shirley's delight.
When the cameras revisited the home a month later she wa still over the moon to have her treasured childhood toy back showing that it held pride of place and sat beside the couple.
Shirley and Martin were hoping to foster children now that their daughters have flown the nest. They also wanted space for their grandchildren to stay.
Stacey and the team completely trnasformed the property and Shirley admitted she was much happier since clearing the clutter.
