Stephen Mulhern to host Dragons Olympian and Secret Millionaire
Dragons' Den stars and leading business brains will be descending on Liverpool this week to help inspire the region's entrepreneurs at BizX2024.

Dragons’ Den stars and leading business brains will be descending on Liverpool this week to help inspire the region’s entrepreneurs at BizX2024.

Current Dragon Deborah Meaden and former investor Piers Linney are amongst those included in the prestigious line-up of key note speakers and innovators at the ACC Liverpool being held 18-19th of April.

TV’s The Secret Millionaire and entrepreneur Linney, who will give a talk on how to build an AI assisted business, said: “Individuals and businesses need to embrace AI to avoid being left behind. This is the fourth Industrial Revolution.

“The original was powered by the enterprising North West of the UK including port cities like Liverpool. There is another chance to create value and wealth by embracing AI and combining it with the entrepreneurialism, educational institutions and creativity that Liverpool and the North West is known for.”

Hosted by TV presenter Stephen Mulhern other names listed to appear are former double Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes, international best-selling author Michael Heppell and the “World’s No. 1 Business Coach” Brad Sugars.

Dame Kelly revealed she was delighted to speak at the event in the city she has a great respect for and believes the North West is already a leading business hub in the UK.

She said: “Liverpool and the North West has so much potential for business growth. The city itself has an energy and a drive to succeed when it comes to business.

“My talk is based around mindset and achievement. I hope my story can inspire those attending this exciting event that by riding out setbacks whether in life or business it can only make you stronger. The people of Merseyside have the resilience and creativity to do great things in business I believe.”
