Liverpool prepares for night two of Taylor Swift live updates

Liverpool is preparing for the second night of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concerts at Anfield.

The city hosted the 100th show last night with thousands of fans creating a special atmosphere at the home of Liverpool Football Club.

Fans were queuing to get into the stadium from 5am and there was an appearance from former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.

The atmosphere in the city is already building for what promises to be a memorable second night.

More than 150,000 Swifties are expected to arrive in Liverpool this week for the sold out Eras Tour concerts at Anfield Stadium, on Thursday, June 13, Friday, June 14, and Saturday, June 15. A day before the star took to the stage, dedicated fans queued for official Eras Tour merchandise.

Merchandise will be available each day from 10am at Anfield with queues expected. The global Eras tour kicked off in March 2023 in Arizona, before heading across the United States and Europe.

It's believed that The Eras Tour became the first tour in history to surpass $1 billion in revenue, making it the highest-grossing tour of all time. On show days, Taylor will treat her fans to a staggering three-and-a-half-hour set list boasting 44 songs from albums and eras including Lover, Fearless, Reputation and 1989.
