Tesco Clubcard holders given two-week warning to spend vouchers
Tesco Clubcard vouchers worth £17million are at risk of expiring if shoppers do not spend their earnings within the next two weeks. They become null and void at the end of May.
Vouchers are issued every three months in February, May, August and November, and are valid for two years. So Tesco shoppers who received their coupons in May 2020 must use them before the end of this month, reports Birmingham Live.
Alessandra Bellini, Tesco chief customer officer, said in April: “We know it’s tough right now, which is why we want to show customers all the ways we can help them spend less, and leave them with more money in their pockets – to manage the rising cost of living, or to treat themselves and their loved ones.”

Ken Murphy, chief executive at Tesco said: “Our priority is to be the most convenient retailer. That means serving customers wherever, whenever and however they want. No matter where our customers live, or how they shop.”
It comes after Tesco announced plans to scrap its automatic statements and vouchers system. The loyalty-scheme is being given a fresh shake-up and Clubcard members will no longer receive vouchers through their letterbox.
You can check if you have forgotten vouchers by logging into the Tesco Clubcard website with your account details.
