Tesco Boxing Day 2021 opening times - check when your local store will reopen

Boxing Day is almost here and Tesco shoppers may be wondering if the supermarket will be open on December 26.
Tesco hasn't published a definitive list of opening times - this is because they'll vary depending on each store.
Shoppers are advised to check its online store finder tool - see how to use this at the bottom of this article.
Boxing Day hours will be reduced so staff can spend more time with families - so make sure you know when your local will be open so you don't miss out.
Tesco has around 3,400 shops - including larger supermarkets and its smaller Express stores - in the UK.
Here we explain its opening hours for Christmas Day and the days surrounding it.
When is Tesco open on Christmas Day?
Christmas Day will see all stores closed before they reopen again on Boxing Day.

Back in October, Tesco said it would hire 30,000 seasonal staff this Christmas to help with the busy festive rush.

The jobs were for both Tesco superstores and Tesco Extra branches, including picking for online deliveries and store replenishment roles.
Those who were successful in applying were told they would get a £500 bonus if they joined by October 30.
This reduced to £250 for those who were taken on between October 31 and November 27.
Angela Woolfenden, Tesco head of UK resourcing said at the time of the annoucement: “Our festive roles are a great way to become part of the Tesco team, from checkouts to picking orders for home delivery or replenishing the store.
“It’s an opportunity to meet great people, learn new skills and be part of a diverse team where everyone is welcome.”
