Ticketmaster issues urgent message to fans buying Beyonce

Here's everything you need to know about securing Beyonce tickets in the presale

Tickets for Beyonce's highly anticipated Cowboy Carter UK tour go on presale today, February 11, and Ticketmaster has issued a message to fans hoping to secure tickets.

Queen B is treating UK fans to six nights at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in July, returning for the first time since her Renaissance tour in 2023.

There are four different presales kicking off with the Beyhive presale at 12 pm today, February 11. Then, 02 Priority at 10 am tomorrow, February 12, followed by Mastercard Presale later that day at 12 pm, then Artist Presale at 12 pm on Thursday 13 Feb.

Finally the general sale commences at 12 pm on Friday 14 February.

Ticketmaster has now taken to social media platform X, formerly Twitter, to share everything fans need to know ahead of the sale this afternoon.

The ticket sales platform linked to its Beyonce Cowboy Carter tour FAQ page and wrote: "Here's everything you need to know for @Beyonce's COWBOY CARTER TOUR."

To prepare for the sale, Ticketmaster recommends signing in to your account in advance, verify your billing information and double check that your phone number is up to date on your account.

Ticketmaster advises fans of what to do on the day of the sale. They wrote on X: "Use ONE device, browser, tab - joining with more may result in errors.

"Sign in up to 30 minutes before the sale to join the waiting room. When the sale begins, you'll get a spot in the queue.

"If you arrive after the sale starts, you'll be at the back of the line."

In the Ticketmaster FAQ's for the sale, it warns that fans can purchase up to four tickets for each presale and eight tickets in the general onsale.

The tour announcement comes just as Beyonce won a Grammy for Best Country Album as well as Album of the Year for her country debut album Cowboy Carter, which was released in March last year.

As well as visiting Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Beyonce will also perform in Paris in the UK and Europe leg of her tour.

The Texas Hold 'Em singer kicks off her grand tour with four nights in Los Angeles on 28 April, before heading to Chicago, East Rutherford, London, Paris, Houston, Washington, before finishing up with three nights in Atlanta.
