EastEnders fans figure out dark Whitney Dean exit that will see Zack Hudson raising their baby alone

EastEnders viewers are convinced pregnant Whitney Dean will be arrested for child trafficking after she dropped a bombshell on Lauren Branning. Expectant mum Whitney has confessed to best pal Lauren that she isn't legally fostering neglected kid Britney and is lying to her partner Zack Hudson.

Instead, Whitney has agreed to pay Britney's mother cash under the table in order to get her away from Milton Keynes. During Thursday's visit to Albert Square (March 28), Lauren pressured Whitney to tell Zack the truth about Britney and the arrangement she has with her mum.

Trying to speak sense, Lauren warned her friend that both Whitney and Zack could face prison sentences if the authorities ever discovered these illegal payments. Now, fans think Whitney will exit Walford in the back of a police car.

As fans of the BBC One show will know, Whitney Dean star Shona McGarty is leaving EastEnders following an announcement last year. Taking to X, one person said: "Pls at this rate Whitney will be leaving the square in a prison car #EastEnders."

A second stated: "If something happens to Britany’s mum say she dies and people come looking for her, Whitney could get done for kidnap and extortion. #EastEnders". A third chimed in with: "Also, Whitney paid Britany's mum £2k to keep her. Whitney needs to be careful. This could go against her. She's partially snatched Britany illegally. #EastEnders."

"Why is Whitney being a dumb**s, it’ll end in tears that kid gonna make her lose the bambino watch! #EastEnders", asked one viewer. Another echoed: "Imagine if Whitney’s exit is her getting arrested for kidnapping #EastEnders."

One viewer pointed out: "Weird that Whitney has just "bought" a child (which is essentially child trafficking) at the same time they show George Knights' story, which is obviously not the same thing but still a weird parallel. You can't just buy kids. Is Whitney getting a prison exit, too? #Eastenders."
