A subtle nod to Prince Archie Meghan Markles As Ever logo is full
Meghan Markle has changed the name of American Riviera Orchard to As Ever. With the new name comes a new logo, one that is full of deep symbolic meaning for the Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet – Tatler reveals all th

Meghan also revealed new branding for the revitalised business, which is full of subtle symbolic nods to her young family. A new photograph shows the Duchess of Sussex running hand-in-hand with her daughter Princess Lilibet through their garden in Montecito. In the background, palm trees stand tall, silhouetted against the Pacific Ocean. The logo for As Ever also features palm trees, with two hummingbirds flying the iconic LA fauna.

Palm trees and hummingbirds hold significant meaning for the Sussexes, especially for the Duke and Duchess’s young son, Prince Archie. In their 2021 documentary, Harry & Meghan, the couple offered a behind-the-scenes look at their life in Montecito, and Archie stole the show in episode two with his adorable interaction with a hummingbird – said to represent love, joy, and affection.

The episode showed Prince Harry and his young son, then three, standing on a balcony as they watched the birds feed. ‘We won't get a chance to be this close to hummingbirds ever again,’ the Duke of Sussex whispered to Archie, ‘because they’re scared of humans.’ Meghan, joining her husband and son, added: ‘Papa is a birdwatcher, so this is a really big moment for him.’

Prince Archie is also a big fan of palm trees, which Meghan Markle has previously said symbolise her love for Prince Harry. Speaking to The Cut in 2022, the Duchess of Sussex explained how the trees in the As Ever promotional image have a truly romantic history: ‘One of the first things my husband saw when we walked around the house was those two palm trees… See how they’re connected at the bottom? He goes: “My love, it’s us.”’

The logo for As Ever (two hummingbirds underneath a palm tree) seems to refer to the pair of palms growing in Prince Harry and Meghan's Montecito home, which the Duchess of Sussex revealed they treat as a symbol of their enduring love
