Mateo Retegui could be joined by Ademola Lookman in attack as Atalanta host Celtic in the third round of Champions League fixtures on Wednesday evening, kicking off in the early slot at 17.45 BST. Here are the probable line-ups and how to watch tonight’s game.
Atalanta have a couple of minor injury concerns heading into Wednesday evening’s game at the Gewiss Stadium. Marco Brescianini is still out injured, while Sead Kolasinac and Odilon Kossounou are expected to miss out again. Gianluca Scamacca and Giorgio Scalvini remain out with long term cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries.
With Kolasinac out, there could be a back three featuring Marten De Roon, Berat Djimsiti and Isak Hien. Matteo Ruggeri is expected to start at left wing-back, while both Davide Zappacosta and Raoul Bellanova are competing for a spot on the right.
Ederson will start in midfield, and is expected to be joined by Mario Pasalic and Lazar Samardzic in front of them. Lookman and Charles De Ketelaere are contending to partner the leading Serie A goalscorer, Retegui, in attack.
