Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis September 2024

Atlus has announced the Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass, with Episode Aigis, set to adapt The Answer content from Persona 3 FES for September 2024. Following the events of the base game, players will travese the Abyss of Time on March 31 as Aigis and the remaining party. This will be the third wave of Expansion Pass content, with the other two being BGM and costume sets.

Wave 1 will be released on March 12, featuring Persona 5 Royal and Persona 4 Golden EX BGM sets, while Wave 2 will arrive in May 2024, adding Velvet Room costumes and another BGM set.

General Producer Kazuhisa Wada stated the following:

“Persona 3 Reload would not be complete without Episode Aigis –The Answer-. The epilogue is sure to satisfy both those who have played the original Persona 3 FES and those who are just starting out.. The Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass will be available on March 12th.  Episode Aigis -The Answer-, the third and final DLC wave, will be available in September. We hope you enjoy the first and second DLC waves as you wait for Episode Aigis -The Answer-. “

Persona 3 Reload is a remake that aims to capture and expand upon the original Persona 3 experience with enhanced gameplay, story, and characters. The protagonist finds himself attending Gekkoukan High School, where he quickly becomes acquainted with the Dark Hour and Tartarus. He then joins SEES, a group that seeks to end the supernatural conundrums with their Persona abilities.

This entry created many systems seen in the modern mainline Persona entries, such as Social Links and the Calendar. It also initially utilized the same general gameplay loop: social activities during the day and Shadow battling at nighttime. Players can fuse Personas for the protagonist, as he’s the only one capable of using multiple.

Persona 3 Reload will be the fourth version of Persona 3. There was the original PlayStation 2 release followed by FES that enhanced specific gameplay elements while adding the Answer epilogue, and then Portable on the PSP, which removed the Answer but added the female protagonist option.

Persona 3 Reload does not feature the Answer epilogue or the female protagonist and instead bolsters the identity of the original game with several quality-of-life upgrades alongside more characterization.

Persona 3 Reload is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Windows, and Steam.
