BlackRock: BOE Could Surprise With Rate Cut Signaling

The signaling of a rate cut from the Bank of England could be a "surprise" this week, BlackRock's Helen Jewell says. "If you were pushing me to say where do I think a surprise might come from, I think it could be the Bank of England," she tells Bloomberg Television. The Bank of England will deliver policy decisions later this week.
