BBC EastEnders exit sealed for Dean Wicks as his real plan for Jade ...

EastEnders' Dean Wicks made it clear an exit was on the horizon, as his real plan for daughter Jade was confirmed.

Just a day on from him stealing thousands of pounds from her charity fundraiser without her knowing, Dean set a plan into motion that would help him flee Walford for good, and take daughter Jade with him. Jade is meant to be moving to Pakistan to be with her mother Shabnam Masood.

But after Jade had a lung transplant, Dean meddled with her medication causing her to fall ill. This was to keep her with him, but now several residents are onto him with Jean Slater working out what he was up to.

Dean knows his time is numbered in Walford amid fans predicting he could be framed for Keanu Taylor's murder, amid the body being found this week. On Wednesday night fans were sickened as they saw Dean transfer the charity money into his own account.

On Thursday his real intentions became clear, as he was seen looking up properties in New York. Hiding this from Jade, he was trying to plant doubts in her mind about her planned move to Pakistan.

He claimed they would see less of each other and their whole lives would change. It's then that he claimed he wanted to treat her to a holiday to New York before she went, while he would move with her.

When Jade left the room though Dean contacted someone about some apartments he was looking at, with him making it clear he was searching for somewhere to rent for him and Jade. He then told the person on the phone he and Jade would be relocating to the US permanently, proving he's ready to flee Walford and keep Jade from her mum.

Meanwhile, fans are convinced that Dean being outside of the café just before Keanu's body was found, and Alfie telling the police that Dean had walked by, could see the villain become a suspect. If the police question his whereabouts around the time the café floor was disturbed, resulting in the body being found, might they think he was behind it?

Could that also lead to his feud with Keanu coming to light, and will the police find out about him sneaking into The Vic on Christmas Day? Taking to X, one fan posted: "Dean unexpectedly needing money/wanting to leave as soon as the body is dug up, Alfie saying to the police Dean walked past the cafe when it was broken in. And let’s not forget he was practically at the scene of the crime on Christmas Day… See where this is heading?"

Another fan posted: "Dean is going to jaiiilll and its linda’s justice." A third added: "Oh Dean is so getting framed for Keanu's murder."
