ITV BRIT Awards 2022 fans were left in tears after Becky Hill broke down in tears when she won the Best Dance Act BRIT Award during tonight's ceremony.

Becky first gained fame after appearing on BBC's The Voice UK.

She was up against some huge artists including RAYE and Joel Corry, yet she went on to win the award and broke down in tears after her name was read out.

The Worcestershire singer thanked her parents in her acceptance speech and thanked her loyal fans - who voted for the winner of the award.

Viewers at home were left in tears at her speech.

Princess KiKi wrote: "Becky Hill deserved that so much."

Super TV said: "Becky Hill. First and only (and probably last) Voice contestant to ever win a BRIT award. A true champion, icon and pop star of a generation."

Sam Alexandra Rose tweeted: "Getting emotional watching Becky Hill get emotional."

Catherine Jackson commented: "Aw the happiness was just pouring out her. Amazing to see & so well deserved."

The touching moment came as Becky, Adele and Dua Lipa all picked up awards, with Olivia Rodrigo also winning her first BRIT Award after performing live during the 2021 show.
