Brentford vs Southampton LIVE: Pontus Jansson and Yoane Wissa give Bees 2-0 advantage
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League game between Brentford and Southampton in west London.
The two sides are separated by just goal difference in the table, with Brentford in 14th and Saints one place below them. Both sides have 40 points from 35 games and still harbour hopes of a top half finish, although defeat for either club would leave them looking over their shoulders at the sides battling to avoid relegation.
Both sides come into the game off the back of a defeat, with the Bees losing 3-0 against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Monday, while Saints let slip a lead as they lost 2-1 at home against Crystal Palace last Saturday.

The last time these two sides met, Southampton won 4-1 at St Mary's in January, with Jan Bednarek, Armando Broja and Che Adams on target for Ralph Hasenhuttl's side, with an Alvaro Fernandez own goal adding to Saints' tally.
