Callum Styles.
CALLUM Styles made history on Sunday night after becoming the first ever footballer on the books at Barnsley FC to play in the European Championships.
The 24-year-old was an unused substitute through injury in Hungary’s first two group matches against Germany and Switzerland.
But he started on Sunday night against Scotland, as the Magyars scored a 100th minute winner to knock Steve Clarke’s side out of the tournament.
He was booked within 18 minutes after lunging in dangerously on Aston Villa star John McGinn, before eventually being substituted in the 61st minute.
It means Styles and his teammates have three points in the group - but they’ll have to wait to find out if they qualify for the knockout stages as one of the top four third-placed teams.
