A watchdog has instructed the Metropolitan Police to revisit a complaint by Caroline Flack’s mother that her daughter was treated differently by police because of her fame.
A spokesman for the Met told the BBC that the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) had instructed the force to reinvestigate an aspect of the old complaint.
The Love Island presenter committed suicide at the age of 40 on February 15, 2020. She was found dead in her London home.
