Confirmed Chelsea line up vs Bournemouth

Mauricio Pochettino has made two changes to his Chelsea side for today's game with Bournemouth, with Thiago Silva returning to the starting XI for his final game in blue.

The Blues sign off our 2024/25 Premier League campaign at Stamford Bridge this afternoon – and there is European football to guarantee for next season.

Pochettino has opted to tweak his side for Bournemouth's visit, with one change enforced and another taken by the Argentine head coach.

Djordje Petrovic continues in goal for Chelsea and will be protected by a back four of Trevoh Chalobah, Thiago Silva, Benoit Badiashile and Marc Cucurella. Malo Gusto drops down to the bench.

Moises Caicedo and Conor Gallagher continue in midfield. The Academy graduate captains the side once more.

Noni Madueke starts on the right of our attack, Cole Palmer is expected to operate as a No.10, and Raheem Sterling is back in the starting XI. He replaces Mykhailo Mudryk, who is not in the squad having suffered a concussion in our midweek win at Brighton.

Nicolas Jackson leads the attack once more. The Senegal international has scored four goals in his last four games.

There is a return to the bench for Carney Chukwuemeka following injury. Christopher Nkunku is also named among the substitutes.
