Claudia Schiffer is used to ruling a red carpet, but for the world premiere of her husband Matthew Vaughn's new movie Argylle on Wednesday, it was her cat who stole the spotlight.
Supermodel Claudia arrived at the London Leicester Square premiere carrying her and Matthew's pet kitty Chip in a yellow backpack.
The pussy could be seen peeking out of a window in the bag as Claudia posed up a storm in her glam dress.
Claudia, 53, proved her supermodel status as she posed in an eye-catching yellow gown with a diamond print.
Chip has a starring role in director Matthew's new big screen thriller, playing the pet of leading lady Bryce Dallas Howard's Elly Conway, 'the reclusive author of a series of best-selling espionage novels, whose idea of bliss is a night at home with her computer and her cat, Alfie.'

The synopsis reads: 'When the plots of Elly's fictional books – which center on secret agent Argylle and his mission to unravel a global spy syndicate – begin to mirror the covert actions of a real-life spy organisation, quiet evenings at home become a thing of the past.
'Accompanied by Aiden (Sam Rockwell), a cat-allergic spy, Elly (carrying Alfie in her backpack) races across the world to stay one step ahead of the killers as the line between Elly's fictional world and her real one begins to blur.'
Chip is already a big star, with his own Instagram page and an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show last year.
The posh pussy's social media bio reveals that he is also an author, model, entrepreneur, influencer and nepo kitty.
Appearing with Chip on The Jonathan Ross Show in November, Claudia explained how her kitty was cast in his debut movie.
'We had another cat on the film, he's not a very good actor. He was terrible. He was also very expensive.
'So my husband, Matthew, the director, he asked if he could have my cat. I said, 'Why not, he could be a nepo cat' and here we are.'
'We're working on a spin-off right now.'

Dua Lipa, Bryce Dallas Howard and Ariana DeBose couldn't wait to mingle with Chip
Chip's co-stars include Henry Cavill, John Cena, Ariana DeBose, Dua Lipa and Bryan Cranston. Catherine O'Hara, Sofia Boutella and Samuel L. Jackson also appear.
Argylle was first announced in June 2021, with Matthew directing from a script by Jason Fuchs, adapted from a yet-to-be-published novel by a mysterious writer named Elly Conway.
The writer seemingly hasn't published a book before, with the Argylle novel's publication originally set for September 29, 2022 and then pushed to March 29, 2023 and now apparently set for November 9, 2023.
Chip stars as Alfie opposite Elly 'the reclusive author of a series of best-selling espionage novels, whose idea of bliss is a night at home with her computer and her cat'

Apple announced in August 2021 they had acquired the rights to the film for a whopping $200 million, with Vaughn offering his thoughts on the unpublished manuscript in the announcement.
'When I read this early draft manuscript I felt it was the most incredible and original spy franchise since Ian Fleming’s books of the ‘50s,' Vaughan said.
The director added, 'This is going to reinvent the spy genre,' though very little about the actual author is known.
Argylle is released in cinemas on February 2 2024.
