Strictly host Claudia Winkleman stuns fans as she reveals her age on her birthday

TV favourite Claudia Winkleman marked her birthday by poking fun at herself - and fans couldn't believe it when she revealed her age.

The Strictly Come Dancing host posted two snaps on her Instagram of herself attempting a selfie ahead of her Saturday morning Radio 2 show.

"FIFTY. And on @bbcradio2 at 10," she wrote.

And next to a photo that had gone awry she quipped in the caption: "My other attempt at a photo. I'm SO fifty."

trudie.caroline told her: "Proving age is a number. Looking good."

sc.ott1787 gasped: "50! Never!"

mir_gahan said: "Happy birthday to you! You look years younger."

And amelialeroux82 wrote: "Happy birthday!!! Also 50 no way!"

Claudia's Strictly co-host Tess, 52, marked her pal's birthday with a collection of throwback snaps and a heartfelt message on her Instagram.

The Stockport presenter, who has hosted Strictly alongside her friend since 2014, posted a photo of the former model sticking out her tongue alongside Claudia.
