Clyde & Co and BLM to Vote On Merger By End of the Month

BLM and Clyde & Co’s partnerships are set to vote on a merger of the two firms before the end of the month, according to people familiar with the matter.

A BLM spokesperson said: “Following detailed discussions and a period of due diligence, BLM and Clyde & Co partners will vote on a proposed merger of the two organisations.”
