Harold Hill stabbing: Teenager 'stabbed in neck' outside college in London

A teenager has reportedly been stabbed in the neck outside a college in London. Havering College was shut after the attack on Tuesday afternoon. Witnesses told the Romford Recorder the victim was chased and attacked in the road outside the college.
