Cordina goes distance against KhatchatryanAfter a one-round win over Joshuah Hernandez earlier this year, Joe Cordina was forced to go ten rounds against Miko Khatchatryan. However, the Welshman controlled the bout from the start by combining his skills with aggression. Cordina has his eyes fixed on a world title in 2022, and this fight should serve him well as he won 100-90 and 98-92 x 2 on the scorecards to win the WBA Continental super-featherweight belt.

McGrail enjoys an early nightPeter McGrail wasted no time with Engel Gomez as he scored the first stoppage of his pro career. McGrail fought with admirable confidence and after working out his opponent in the first round, he exploded into life in the next session. A brilliant straight left hand found the exposed target of Gomez, and the referee was quick to stop Gomez from taking more punishment to the stricken Nicaraguan.
Agyarko finally stops tough LariosCaoihmin Agyarko was aggressive from the first bell against Noe Larios, and his relentlessness was rewarded in the fight's penultimate round. Larios absorbed a lot of punishment from the Belfast man, and it appeared that he would hear the final bell. But a heavy attack from Agyarko in round nine was enough to force the third man to rescue the man from San Diego. Nevertheless, Agyarko should be satisfied with his night's work.
