Harry Kane’s wife has sent her husband a heartwarming message after the England captain scored two goals in the win against Ukraine.

The forward grabbed a brace either side of half time in the 4-0 Euro 2020 win at the Stadio Olimpic, Rome, to secure a place in the semi-finals against Denmark.

It was the 27-year-old who got the scoring started, getting onto Raheem Sterling’s pass after just four minutes of play.

While he added a third of the night after Harry Maguire’s header with a headed goal of his own, getting on the end of Luke Shaw’s cross as Jordan Henderson added the fourth.

Thousands of fans could be heard in the stands at the Stadio Olimpico - but the England WAGs were not among them due to travel restrictions.

But Kate Goodland, who has been married to the Tottenham forward since 2019 after meeting four years earlier, shared images showing her full support for Kane.

The WAG had a teepee set up for friends and family, including the three children she has with the forward, to enjoy the game at home.

After the full-time whistle was blown, a full-size cutout of the 27-year-old that had been made for the night was placed by Goodland on one of the sofas.

Covering it up with a blanket, she adds a message which simply says: “It’s coming home!”

This is a reference to David Baddiel and Frank Skinner’s song ‘Three Lions’, which has become an anthem for England fans since its release ahead of Euro 96.

The WAGs are expected to be back in full force for the semi-final against Denmark on July 7, which will be played at Wembley.

They were in attendance for the first game of England’s tournament, a 1-0 win against Croatia before watching them draw against Scotland, beat the Czech Republic and Germany.

Kane’s wife will hope to be cheering her husband on in the final next week, where the Three Lions could face either Italy or Spain if they win the semi-final.
