Eid Mubarak! LIVE coverage as Muslims across Manchester celebrate end of Ramadan
Eid Mubarak!
Muslims all over Greater Manchester are celebrating Eid al-Fitr today (May 13) - the religious holiday marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Just like last year, celebrations will be a little different than usual, with large gatherings and indoor household mixing off the cards until Monday (May 17).
However, as the country begins its roadmap out of lockdown, some rules have eased and mosques will be holding pre-booked, socially distanced prayers at a limited capacity.
Muslims will also be able to celebrate Eid with friends or family as groups of up to six people from two separate households are allowed to meet in parks and private gardens.
