He is the founder and CEO of 10K Projects, an independent record label which currently signs Damien Styles, Lil Boom, Salem Ilese, Trippie Redd, and Turbo. 

As reported by Forbes, his record label has had 18 gold and eight platinum/multi-platinum singles which have had a total of 22 billion streams.

The first two artists he signed were Trippie Redd and rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, who he is no longer affiliated with.

Elliot graduated from Northeastern University and featured on Forbes’ famous 30 Under 30 List in 2021.
