Coventry City and Derby County fans all saying the same thing about third round FA Cup draw

Coventry City fans are less than impressed by the club’s third round tie in the FA Cup, which one fan described as a “dead” draw.

With the potential of a big away day against one of the Premier League big guns in the offing, the Sky Blues were drawn at home to Championship rivals Derby County.

The tie, due to be played between January 7-10, will take place at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Mark Robins ’s men played out a 1-1 draw in October and the disappointing result – which brought an end to City’s six-game winning run on home soil – was marred by crowd trouble both inside the stadium and after the game when fans clashed outside.

Four police officers were injured during the ugly scenes in the ground.
