Hargreaves Lansdown taps Brown Shipley's investment chief for new CIO role

Hargreaves Lansdown has appointed Toby Vaughan as its new chief investment officer to oversee its £8.6bn fund management business, Investment Week can reveal.

Vaughan joins from Brown Shipley, where he was head of research and investment strategy, and will take up his new role at Hargreaves Lansdown in September.
