Home Alone is indisputably one of the most popular Christmas films of all time, with a strong fan base to this day.
For many, settling down to watch it is a crucial part of the Christmas period. It’s one we watch time and time again, but have you ever wondered where the cast of Home Alone is now?
Macaulay CulkinCulkin was the star of Home Alone and won the hearts of many as the crafty Kevin McCallister.
After the first film premiered in 1990, he landed a part My Girl before reprising his role as Kevin one last time in the squeal Lost In New York in 1992.
In the years following this, Culkin starred in a number of films including The Good Son and Richie Rich.
After a number of roles in smaller films, Culkin took a break from acting at the age of 15.
In 2017, he set up a comedy brand called Bunny Ears, which has expanded to a website, podcast, and content creation.
This year, he starred in the latest season of American Horror Story.
He also welcomed his first child, Dakota, with partner Brenda Song this year.
Joe PesciPesci played one of the film’s villains whom we loved to hate. He brought the character of Harry to life, alongside his partner Marv, played by Daniel Stern.
The same year that Home Alone was released, Pesci starred in Betsy’s Wedding and Goodfellas, winning an Oscar for his work in the latter.
In 1999, he announced his retirement from acting, before returning in 2006 for a cameo in The Good Shepherd. During his retirement, he tried to focus on music and released three albums.
He starred in The Irishman in 2019, working alongside Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro.
Pesci has one daughter named Tiffany.
Daniel SternHarry’s gullible partner Marv is played by Daniel Stern, who starred in The Wonder Years and City Slickers in between the first and second Home Alone films.
After the franchise ended, he starred in Rookie of the Year, Bushwhacked, and City Slickers II, along with many others.
Stern is still in acting today, with his most recent role being in Hulu’s Shrill.
He is also a sculptor, with his pieces dotted around California.
He has been married to Laure Mattos since 1980 and the couple have three children together.

The star died suddenly in 2017 at the age of 71. At that stage, he had accumulated more than 200 credits on stage and on screen.
He starred in the likes of Gladiator, Beaches, and The Guardian. As well as that, he played a detective on The Sopranos and had a number of smaller parts in other well-known productions.

He has also starred in Nebraska and Blue Ruin. Ratray has accumulated a number of credits for his roles over the years, with four in 2021 alone. He reprised his role as Buzz in a 2021 production of Home Sweet Home Alone.
In recent weeks, Ratray has come into the limelight again - this time for the wrong reasons - as he has been accused of trying to strangle his girlfriend.
Gerry BammanGrumpy Uncle Frank was played by Gerry Bamman, who provided a number of laughs throughout the films.
He went on to star in The Bodyguard, Runaway Jury and The Chase before retiring from acting in 2015.
Bamman also had a reoccurring role in Law & Order, as well as appearing on a number of other shows. He was a stage actor and playwright too.
Kieran CulkinMacaulay’s real-life brother, Kieran, played the annoying cousin, Fuller, in the Home Alone franchise.
He starred in a number of films afterwards, including She’s All That in 1999.
In 2002, he earned a Golden Globe nomination for ‘Best Actor’ for Igby Goes Down before taking a break from acting, just as his older brother did.
Recently, he has starred in Succession as Roman Roy and has secured a number of nominations at the Emmy Awards and the Golden Globe for this role.
Kieran Culkin married Jazz Charton in 2013 and have two children together.
