Jenna Coleman pregnant with first child as she debuts baby bump

Jenna Coleman is pregnant with her first child as she debuted her growing baby bump.

The Sandman actor was pictured with her hands cradling her stomach in a green floral dress while attending a celebratory dinner for the opening of Imaginary Conversations: An ERDEM Collection Inspired by Duchess Deborah at Chatsworth House.

Digital Spy has contacted representatives for Jenna Coleman for comment.

The Victoria star is currently dating director Jamie Childs, whom she met while filming Netflix hit Sandman adapted from Neil Gaiman's acclaimed comic book series.

They went on to work together on his first film, Jackdaw, last year, which also starred Thomas Turgoose.

Jenna previously spoke about starting a family in an interview with Harper's Bazaar, saying she does not feel the rush to welcome children.

"Half of my friends have babies, and half don’t, so it doesn’t feel like a pressure. I want to take my time," she said.

"There’s a whole lot more of the world for me to see first. I’d love to have children one day. But not nine of them. I can tell you that as a fact."

She also joked that she had had plenty of practice in going into labour following her role as Queen Victoria, in which she watched episodes of One Born Every Minute to prepare.

"I have had many a labour scene now, I’m running out of noises for labour scenes," she said in 2019 on the Jonathan Ross Show.

She added: "I’ve just given birth to the seventh child now. And there is still no pain relief as of yet either.

"To be honest, I find if I build up adrenaline and then don’t think about it and then watch it back, I think I sounded like a sheep on one thing that I saw back before.

"I’d just have loads of caffeine and then get really built up and then I’m sure one day maybe if I ever give birth I’ll realise I was totally wrong."
