Tyson Fury's dad John has been left bloodied after headbutting a member of Oleksandr Usyk's team.

Heavyweight champions Fury and Usyk fight for all four belts this Saturday in Saudi Arabia. The fight was supposed to take place in February but was pushed back three months after Fury was forced to pull out after being cut in sparring. Tempers have boiled over just one day after Usyk landed in the Kingdom as a member of his team clashed with Fury's dad John.

Mirror Fighting was on the ground in Riyadh for the fight week media day and shouting was heard between the two teams. Video has captured a member of Team Usyk going face-to-face with John, with chants of "Fury" and "Usyk" being led by the respective teams. John is then seen walking before turning his attention to another member of Usyk's team and head-butting him, leaving blood pouring down from his own forehead.

Security was forced to step between the two camps and keep them apart as John then lashed out at Usyk's promoter Alex Krassyuk. "We can't be beaten, anywhere we go. We are spartans, let's f****ng go. Yous will get it, I live for this s***. Blood, guts and horror. I live for this s***," he said.

Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk are set to lock horns in a huge bout on May 18 with each fighter attempting to etch their name in boxing history as the first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999. The stakes couldn't be higher as the pair will go head to head for the prestigious WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBF titles.

Stanislav Stepchuk, the member of team Usyk who was headbutted by John, believes the 59-year-old targeted him because he was was repeatedly shouting Usyk's name. John gave his side of the story by telling iFL TV: "I was sat there minding my own business and all I heard was 'Usyk, Usyk, Usyk' so I had to stand up for my son.

"My son is the best in the world and I want people to respect him and give him the credit he deserves. When I was in amongst them, all I could hear was badness. Some little idiot come forward in my space, he got what he got and that was the end of it. If one of my team was to insult Usyk, they'd be snapped. Leave the fighting men to fight at the end of the day."
