Jonnie Irwin shares new video after health scare and MRI

TV presenter Jonnie Irwin has shared a new video after returning home following hospitalisation this week as part of his cancer battle. Earlier this week Jonnie, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given months to live after early signs of the disease in 2020, said he hadn't slept for six days and had been admitted to hospital.

After months of fans saying Jonnie was looking fitter and stronger, the Place In The Sun star caused concern with his sudden deterioration., Jonnie was expected to undergo an MRO scan at the end of the week to determine if teh cancer has spread.

But late on Friday he shared another video to his Instagram, showing he is back and home and continmuing with his home renovation project.

Fans were quick to send their love and support. Moira Rooney wrote: "Hope all is well with you," while Kate Moriarty added: "Sending lots of love to you and your family."

Janberry135 wrote: "Just an inspirational amazing man" Manby others sent their love and prayers as Luctlaylayelly said simply: "You're amazing," and cathmac added: "looking good."

The TV presenter previously said he received the first warning sign of his illness while he was filming A Place In The Sun in Italy in August 2020, when his vision became blurry while driving.

Within a week of flying home, he was given six months to live.

However, he has defied the odds and opened up about his story to encourage others to make the most of every day.
