Tube travel chaos as Jubilee line to London Bridge down and severe network delays
Early morning Tube travellers are contending with "severe delays" along the entirety of the Jubilee Line, and no service between Stratford and London Bridge.
Transport for London warned that the "power fault" originated at North Greenwich in southeast London.
Tickets for the underground are also valid on alternative forms of transport.
TfL warned: "Jubilee Line: No service between Stratford and London Bridge while we fix a power fault at North Greenwich.
"SEVERE DELAYS on the rest of the line. Tickets are being accepted on London Overground, DLR, C2C and Buses via any reasonable route."
Images posted to social media show Tube stations packed with commuters unable to reach their destinations.
One Twitter user, @amg1of1, wrote: "Jubilee line is a shambles this morning."
Fellow Twitter user @bloreboy warned that the DLR, or Docklands Light Railway, is "slammed as a result" of the Jubilee Line failure.
They added frustratedly: "Wondering if I should give up and go home."
