Katie Price and Kerry Katona surprise punters with visit to Cheshire ...
Katie Price and Kerry Katona enjoyed a surprise night out at a Cheshire pub last week - visiting the venue for a very special reason.
The two TV personalities, who have been working together over Christmas by appearing in Cinderella at the Northwich Memorial Court, made a visit to the Crown Inn pub in the village of Lower Peover.
On Saturday night (January 11), the traditional English pub was hosting a fundraiser to help raise funds to support the mental health needs for local young farmers.
Owner Nigel Ramsay took to social media to share news of the visit with the pub’s online following. He wrote: “Thank you to my lovely loyal friends Kerry Katona @kerrykatona7 and Katie Price @katieprice for supporting suicide [awareness] in young farmers tonight both remarkable ladies."
Nigel also shared photos of the pair - with Katie, 46, sporting jet-black hair pulled back into a ponytail and wearing a black top with black glossy trousers. Kerry, 44, was pictured with blonde hair and wearing a dark, long-sleeved bodysuit, reports The Mirror.
People posted on social media to thank the pair for helping spread awareness over the important fundraiser through their attendance. One person said: “"Both @kerrykatona7 and @katieprice both very under rated for what they both do for charities ... so thank you for sharing.”
They continued: "I was blessed to meet @kerrykatona7 at a business conference and she has a real glow and kindness and a massive aura. I have never met anyone on stage that is open about her feelings and wish more like it."
They then concluded the post with: “Well done with your awesome cause as my uncle was a farmer so I know the incredible stresses our farmers are put under.”
Others even shared their anticipation for what the pair might have in store for the future now that panto season is over. One person suggested the pair could take up a residency at the pub, which Katie has previously spoken about being a favourite with her son Harvey.
They posted: “you should get kerry & katie to do collaborative singing gig here on a weekend or bank holiday weekend.” Another said: “love u and katie pleaseeee do a show.”
In her own post on social media over the weekend, Kerry also described the night as "so good" in a group photo taken at the pub, which also included her daughter Heidi. She posted: “So good to be surrounded by family and friends @crowncheshire”.
In another post, Kerry wrote: “Honestly we had such a lovely night evening last night. Great food, great friends, great atmosphere so many blessings and so much to be grateful for.”
