ITV Celebrity Catchphrase: Lisa Snowdon’s romance with Hollywood heartthrob

Lisa Snowdon has been on our screens and radio for years.

She’s presented Britain's Next Top Model and Capital radio’s breakfast show for nearly ten years.

But the presenter hit headlines for her personal life many years ago after it was revealed she was dating a famous Hollywood actor in the noughties.

Lisa struck up a romance with Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor George Clooney after meeting on the set of a martini ad.

Their relationship lasted on and off for five years.

Speaking to The Mirror about their relationship and the attention it received, she said: ““It really doesn’t bother me anymore.

“I’m so used to the ‘George thing’ that I take it all with a pinch of salt. Of course I understand the fascination. George is fit, women love him, yet he’s still a guys’ guy, so people are fascinated by him.

“People actually ask me what he was like in bed... usually after a few drinks have made them brave.

“They are like ‘Seriously, though, how was it? What was he like?’”

But the former model added that she’s not one to kiss and tell.

In 2016 she appeared on I’m a Celebrity.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see much of her as she was the second person voted out of the jungle.

The little time that was spent in the jungle, she revealed her reason for not having children.

She said: “It’s something I have kind of come to terms with. A lot of the younger ones in there want children or have children.

“I always wanted to be a mum when I was younger — it was something I always imagined doing and being.

“But slowly over the years it just hasn’t happened for various reasons, mostly the fact that I wasn’t in happy relationships and I just didn’t want to have a baby and not have a happy home.

“I didn’t want to have an unhappy pregnancy, I just didn’t.”
