Michelle Keegan looks amazing after revealing she's changed her attitude to exercising.
The former Coronation Street actress, 34, is known for her incredible figure and last year explained she was taking a different approach to working out.
The actress is currently sunning herself on the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos and recently posted a bikini pic in which she stuns on a picture-postcard beach.
Michelle's fans flocked to tell the Brassic star how good she looked with many complimenting the actress on her physique.
The Drunk History actress previously explained that she used to be very strict with herself when it came to working out.
She said: "[Previously] it was always the guilt for me, a lot of the time, and why I would be in the gym for two hours because I was like 'oh I’ve really been bad this week, so I need to go to the gym, I need to work it off.'
"And I was in the gym for two hours."
Speaking on Women's Health's Going for Goal podcast she added that her husband Mark Wright, 35, inspired her to work out at home after setting up his Live Wright fitness app.
Michelle continued: "The fact that he would roll out of bed, go into the garden, and I could hear him setting up live outside and I thought 'I’ve literally got no excuse, I’m in the bedroom'.
"I did it there and then – got my gym mat on the floor and I did half an hour HIIT in the bedroom, and it just set me up for the day and made me feel a lot more positive with what was going on at that time."
Mark developed the app with his younger brother Josh, 32, who announced he's going to become a dad this summer.
The brothers' sister Jess Wright, 36, is also pregnant, so Mark and Michelle have a lot to look forward to this year.
The former TOWIE star burst into tears when Josh told him he was going to become an uncle while Michelle replied to the happy announcement on Instagram, gushing: "So exciting xx".
