Molly McCann secured the highlight of her career at UFC London on Saturday night with one of the most devastating KO’s in female UFC history.

The fan favourite made history this week by becoming the first female to make a British UFC main card and she celebrated in sensational fashion.

McCann landed a spinning back elbow to put Luana Carolina to sleep instantly in what was a knockout for the ages.

As you can see from the clip below, the two fighters were scrapping in close before McCann span out and uncorked a ferocious reverse elbow.

As far as the actual fight goes, Meatball Molly came out of the traps insanely fast and landed a big right hook to send Carolina reeling.

McCann desperately went looking for the finish and exerted a lot of energy doing so, but Carolina was able to hold on.

Carolina had blood coming from her nose thanks to the constant onslaughts from McCann, but as the Liverpudlian showboated to finish the round, the Brazilian did land a timely reminder upstairs.

Round two saw McCann secure a takedown that may well have swayed an otherwise even round on the feet. To cement the round, right before the buzzer McCann landed an extremely rare back body drop.

The third round is where we saw a seemingly tired McCann come up with the goods and after the blow landed, she celebrated like she won the world title. In fact, she found a replica world title at ringside and sprinted around the octagon with it instead.

McCann was already beloved inside the O2 Arena, but her popularity has just sky-rocketed to another level with this highlight reel KO.

The 31-year-old is now 12-4 overall and has won her last two bouts.
