'This is the music, fantastic! Such a good DJ here,' noted the presenter, while the Otis Redding hit Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay could be heard playing out.

Naga continued: 'I'm also with my lovely friend Russ who is now used to my skinny veins and makes it absolutely painless.

Last November, Naga hit out at the trolls who branded her 'ugly' and claimed that they must have 'deeply miserable lives' to want to attack her.

The presenter  has insisted she 'doesn't care' about the online critics who have sent her repeated bouts of abuse online.

Naga, who is part of the Breakfast show team and also has her her own radio show on BBC 5 Live, discussed how she deals with the nasty remarks.

She penned in The Big Issue: 'My younger self would be horrified at this world in terms of social media. 'There are so many angry, unhappy people around.

'What motivates someone to get on to Twitter or Instagram to say "This person is ugly" or "I hate this person"?'

She went on to add: 'If someone has actively gone to their phone to type that, there's got to be something deeply miserable in their lives. So I don't care about them. I just don't care.'
